It’s also the perfect place to enjoy a vitamin cocktail. Its name refers to Sidonie, the first owner of Le Chabichou. She decided to name the hotel Le Chabichou in tribute to the Sidonie Panache opera which one of scene is named “The Faction of the Chabichou”.
The Sidonie proposes a catering offer for those who would like some velouté or salad, comfortably installed in one of the soft armchairs of the Bar.
